To Rotate your Screen to Landscape on Mobile

  • Click on the ribbon to start the video.
  • In the lower right-hand side of your screen, click the Compass icon.
  • Your video will now rotate. (If it still does not rotate, please make sure rotate lock is off)

To Watch via Picture in Picture

  • To be able to navigate to another page but still see and hear the video
  • Click the Full Screen icon in the lower right-hand side of the video player.
  • Click on the Picture in Picture icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

How to find the Content Included in my Membership

  • You can always access your videos by logging into your account
    • Once you are logged in go to the FEED listed in the column on the left – you will find all the videos included in your membership there.
  • You receive an email notification every time we post a video to your feed.  That notification contains a link that allows you to view the video.
    • Each week we post reminders for your membership live session.  These reminders contain the link to access the live session as well as the link to submit questions in between sessions. 
    • Once the live session is complete, we post the link to view the replay to your membership feed.  We also include any links that were discussed during the live session in this post. 
  • If a video is included in a membership tier, we are now posting a link to the Membership video in YouTube in the description box just below the reading.  This link will take you directly to the membership version (including YouTube + extended readings).
  • You can also navigate to your membership from the Membership page on our website. 

How to Add a Membership Tier

  • Log into your Momence Account: 
  • From the Menu on the left side of the screen, click on Memberships
  • Then choose “Community Access Tiers” page
  • Scroll down to find the tier you would like to add
  • Click on “Add this Membership” directly below the tier you want to add

How to Cancel a Membership

  • Log into your Momence Account:  
  • From the Menu on the left side of the screen, click on Memberships
  • You will see a list of the memberships/Subscriptions on your account
  • Click on the 3 dot icon to the right of the membership you wish to cancel
  • A “Cancel this Membership” button will pop up
  • Click on this button to cancel
  • You will notice that the 3 dot icon is no longer visible. This is an indication that the membership has been cancelled

How to change or update my payment method for my membership

  • Log in to your Momence account, then Customer dashboard
  • On the left-hand side, click on “My account”
  • Click the drop-down menu Under “Card(s) on File”
  • Update your card information

Billing Information

Memberships will renew monthly on the anniversary of the date and time you signed up.
