To Rotate your Screen to Landscape on Mobile

  • Click on the ribbon to start the video.
  • In the lower right-hand side of your screen, click the Compass icon.
  • Your video will now rotate. (If it still does not rotate, please make sure rotate lock is off)

To Watch via Picture in Picture

  • To be able to navigate to another page but still see and hear the video
  • Click the Full Screen icon in the lower right-hand side of the video player.
  • Click on the Picture in Picture icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

How to Change Membership Tier

  • From your dashboard, click your profile icon in the top right corner.
  • On the left side of the screen, under Memberships, click on “SuperFan Memberships”
  • From “My SuperFan Memberships” page, click your active membership.
  • Select the Membership you wish to change to and click the button “Switch to this tier”
  • Click confirm

How to Cancel Membership

  • From your dashboard, click your profile icon in the top right corner.
  • On the left side of the screen, under Memberships, click on “SuperFan Memberships”
  • From “My SuperFan Memberships” page, click your active membership.
  • Click the red button at the bottom to “Cancel Membership”.

Billing Information

Unlike Patreon, Ribbon will not automatically bill you at the first of the month, you will be billed monthly, on the anniversary of your sign up date.
